Installation method: distributed roof photovoltaic support system

Material quality: hot-dip galvanized / zinc-aluminum-magnesium / weathering steel Place of

Origin: Tianjin·Jinghai

When determining the structure of the photovoltaic support, it is first necessary to clarify what type of roof the photovoltaic system is installed. At present, the roofs suitable for installing photovoltaic systems are mainly divided into two categories: one is the light steel structure color steel tile roof with a larger roof area; the other is the cast-in-place concrete roof. The support structure adopted by different roof forms is also different.

The color steel tile is formed by rolling a color-coated steel coil by a special machine, and then installed on the roof purlin to form a waterproof color steel tile roof. At present, the commonly used color steel tile has an angular relaxation type color steel tile, and the color is 180-degree bite. Steel tiles, 360-degree occluding color steel tiles; while the concrete roof is a roof made of cast-in-place concrete.

In order not to damage the waterproof layer of the original building and affect the normal production work, the bracket of the color steel tile roof mainly adopts special fixtures and guide rails matching the color steel tile type to fix it with the color steel tile to ensure the stability and reliability of the entire support system.

For the concrete roof, in order not to damage the waterproof layer of the building and affect the normal production work, the installation method of cement pier is generally adopted, and the concrete roof is fixed on the concrete roof by the weight of the cement pier and the photovoltaic module.
