        With rising electricity prices, photovoltaic + energy storage is more urgent

        In addition, the "Notice" also requires all localities to implement a peak electricity price mechanism based on peak and valley electricity prices based on actual conditions. The peak period is reasonably determined according to the time period when the highest load of 95% or more of the local power system in the previous two years occurs, and it is flexibly adjusted in consideration of the power supply and demand situation of the year, weather changes and other factors; the peak power price is in principle on the basis of the peak power price.
